Caroline @ Leslie Frances was recommeded to me by a colleague. To put this in context I hadn’t been to a salon for a good number of months as I couldn’t use my regular salon anymore. I have long hair and I have it coloured. My hair was in desperate need of a revamp. Caroline took samples of my hair when I attended for my colour test, we looked at pictures and she suggested a few examples of what I could expect. I said great let’s go for that, knowing in the back of my mind that I had been shown pictures before but never had they been achieved; but I was happy to take a punt. Yesterday was the day. Caroline was attentive but read me very well, as in I’m very happy to not talk all of the time. She explained to me all way through what was happening. I had lots of refreshments. The colouring was easy and better than anything she used no bleach! The lady who did my hair washing nearly sent me to sleep it was so relaxing, the cut we discussed and was easy. So...all in all this is the best colour and cut that I have ever had. And OMG when I looked in the mirror at the end, my hair looked like what I had been shown in the magazine. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! Love it and thought Caroline was a star! Thank you!
