The size of the salon means I never struggle to get an appointment but it never feels busy or impersonal. Staff are lovely and really take time to listen to what you want and do what they can to make that happen (but do have a lovely way of telling you if it's a terrrible idea!)

Such a pleasant experience. I was treated like a VIP from the moment I walked through the door. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was top notch. Great cut, and four days later my hair still feels silky smooth. Cup of tea served during the cut and they even gave me some chocolates on departure. And all for a much lower than expected price. A very happy customer!

The lighting in the salon is very dull and dingy Who uses fluorescent tube lighting ? It look like old style canteen lighting
