After having lucy for that long and her leaving I was nervous in swapping stylist. I have just visited and had ash as my new stylist and he is fantastic. A very friendly,lovely gentleman. Excellent service and left feeling fantastic. Great style and very happy. Will contine to use leslie frances and strongly recommend to anyone. Thankyou ash and everyone. I will be sticking with ash from now. But sorry to see lucy go

Friendly, welcoming and made to feel very special throughout my visit. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Ash and Denise completely look after me thorugh my visit making sure I have a 100% positive experience and that I am completely 100% happy with my overall finished style and colour. I have been a customer for 20 years plus would never go anywhere else

Bella has been cutting and styling my hair since Jasmine is on maternity leave. She is doing a great job, very informative, takes her time to assess the condition of my hair and how she is going to cut it. I think I will be torn if and when Jasmine returns as to who I will choose. I wasn't offered a drink on this occasion but this was no big deal.
