Love the cut and style but I had curls put in as I'm at. Party tonight the problem is an hour after my appointment my curls have dropped out . I'm gutted as it was really nice just the wrong hair product has been used to keep them in

I have made regular visits to your salon and have found all the staff polite, pleasant and efficient. I usually have Charlotte (charley) as my stylist and she never fails to please Last time I came Georgia was very professional and polite, could not fault any of these girls.

I have now had my hair done twice by Caroline and have been very pleased with the results of both the cut and colouring. She is very pleasant and welcoming and makes the customer feel relaxed. I also had a complementary head massage for my birthday which was very pleasant too. However, the cost for me as a pensioner at £68 something is virtually prohibitive. (At my previous hairdresser I paid £40 for the same thing). I would consider carrying on coming here if there were reduced rates for pensioners as the prices you charge currently are very hard for me to afford.

My appointment was messed up but this was quickly sorted out by a very efficient lady, I was also given a complementary treatment which was good. I decided not to have my hair cut after my colour. My hair was given a blow dry but this was very expensive and I wish that I'd had it cut as it wouldn't have cost that much more.

Left for 5 minutes after timer went off after colour done - the young girl who had been booked for me by Caroline was not around Was not asked if I wanted a treatment on my hair not the usual standard Andrew was excellent as always Change the horrible fluorescent tube lighting so old fashioned for a hairdresses
