An excellent Salon with wonderful professional staff at all levels. I became unwell during my visit ( nothing to do with my hair ) and I was looked after and cared for superbly until I was feeling better , so a huge Thank you to the lovely staff at Leslie Francis. I have my hair done at this salon every 3 weeks and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have different stylists because I often make my appointments quite close to the time I need to go , All the stylists are professional and do a great job and I am always very pleased with my hair when leaving. Whenever I have queried an aspect of haircut / colour the stylist would consult with a colour specialist to be absolutely sure so I feel I have had expert opinion given. I feel Leslie francis offers good value in lovely surroundings with excellent staff.

I would highly recommend Charlie who in my opinion is a fantastic asset to the salon. She ensures you are satisfied with her consultation, explains everything clearly and listens to your concerns, and offers her opinion in an honest and friendly manner. Will definitely continue as her client.

Fran was my stylist and I really do think that it wa one of the nicest cuts that I have had. She took great care with the cut, checking with me that it was what I wanted - she was very patient..I am extremely pleased with the result.
