I always return to the same stylist who is fantastic and makes the whole experience much better.....don't know what I would do if she ever left!! All staff polite and friendly. My partner also goes to the barbers within Leslie Frances which is also brilliant :-D

I thoroughly appreciate the fact that I wasn't rushed and that my hair is very thick but I was in the salon for 4 hours. I really cannot give this amount of time to having my hair done on my only day off. I was also shocked at how expensive it was £132! This is an awful lot of money when my hair needs doing every 6 weeks. I think it would be helpful for the stylist to tell you exactly what they are putting on your hair and how much each separate item will cost. It might not be so much of a shock when you get the bill! Having said all that my hair looked lovely and very professionally coloured.The service was second to none.

I was ignored initially at reception and two lads who came in after me were dealt with first despite the fact that I queued after a chap in front. The reception desk is confusing as to where you are supposed to check. In. My name was mispelt as no one asked me how it was spelt. I had to wat 1/4 of an hour after my appointment time before I was seen by the hairdresser despite being told I had arrived. They did not acknowledge me or come to see to say they were running late and give me an approximate time they would be able to see me, had I not needed a haircut I would have walked out, how rude is that and uncustomer friendly! Fortunately eventually after 10 mins one of the girls asked if I would like a coffee. I was not informed either when booking what the likely cost of my haircut would be, nor before the hairdresser started to cut my hair to see if this was ok. The advice given by the hairdresser was excellent as was the cut. It is many years since I had been to the salon and I may come back again but you need to up your customer service first!
