Disappointed that the massage chair wasn't working as this adds an extra dimension to the experience. Was told that two of the chairs weren't working but another client sat in one of these chairs and it was.

Hi just to clarify we have two massage chairs in the salon plus one non - massage chair, only one of them is currently out of use. However due to them being specialist chairs they can only be fixed by the company that fitted them. We have a date in the diary for their soonest availability. Hope this helps and sorry if this wasn't explained properly x
