I love Macadamia Hair Spa,I know you cannot always use vouchers in December but this is fine as I know the team always let me use them again in the new year. It is nice that they reward clients at all. Most salons don't.

Experienced and knowledgeable stylists. Overall experience excellent. Coffee very good. Cost of additional hair treatments are a tad expensive.

Thanks for your feedback regarding your experience. Our treatments range from £8-£15 and we only use professional products in the salon that are prescribed personally for your hair by our team and you receive a head massage and hot towel wrap as well as a massage in our chair. We advise these to clients who we feel would benefit from them. Thanks

I always have a great experience at the salon. I have recommended all my friends. Very modern salon, usually only found in City centers. I used to go to Manchester or Liverpool to get my hair and beauty done , I don't go now as I have everything I need at the salon.

Liked my hair and loved my stylist. Will visit again. but one complaint - the tiled floors, including the toilet, always look dirty ! need bleach and flash as well as a good sweep ! sorry to say x

Thank you for your feed back regarding your visit. We do try our best to keep all areas of the salon as clean as possible. I am sure you noticed we are currently having renovation done in the back team rooms and this should be complete in the new year due to it being our busiest period and not wanting noise to effect our client comfort. thanks again for your feed back
