My pedicure was late by 30minutes, without any pre-advise or warning been given. The lady at reception ( Ruth) only came to talk to me and apologise , after I ask that I speak to her, which was after half an hour. Explanation was very poor. She then suggested we would do a shorter treatment for the pedicure and I would be offered a complimentary pedi another time. At the end, I was only offered a varnish credit note, and that was only after me asking! ( on the basis I had a treatment for 45 minutes ). Extremely poor service, extremely disappointed and unpleasantly surprised given that I have been a customer for years.
