My overall experience was great. I did have to go back after having my hair extensions fitted and dyed due to my hair not being as dark as the extensions but the salon got me in the very next and re dyed my hair. Couldn't have asked for better customer service especially with me not being happy. They never questioned my complaint they just put it right. By two their defence in the salon lights there didn't look any difference in colour but in normal daylight etc you could visibly see it. Would definitely go back to the salon and would definitely have hair extensions in again.
