The salon itself is gorgeous, squeeky clean and I love all the wooden floors and mirrors. On my first visit i had a consultation, and felt that I was a little bit glared at by the girls working there. They stood in silence just staring at me, no hello, smiles, nothing. My second visit to actually get extensions was much nicer. jamie was brilliant, he explained everything really well and helped me with all the parts of my hair i hated. Mark was also lovely, really chatty and friendly. I am so pleased I went for my appointment. I really feel transformed. It's given me so much confidence (at a price!!!!) I'm just glad the girls didn't put me off after my first visit because I was really considering not going back as i felt so unwelcome by them.
