James and his staff were amazing, so understanding and friendly. Exceedingly knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Made me feel welcome and at ease. Excellent results- so happy with my new look! I lost my hair a few years ago through chemotherapy and it never grew back the same - it was very thin and it upset me although I never let it get me down as there are others worse off. My lovely partner treated me as he knew deep down it bothered me. I now feel so much more confident and happy, thank you James! 😊

Very professional in every way. Very happy with the result! Had extensions done in another city and these had to be removed so I could start again ... all in all, very happy with a much better, more natural-looking result.

Very professional when you go in. Have your temperature taken. They provide masks and use one disposable gown per client. Also you have to walk onto a disinfectant mat when entering. Am is always super professional, she knows what she’s doing and always does the beat for her clients. Also have a good chat and a laugh. I have my roots bleached and I have long blond extensions which I am extremely happy with.

I was quite nervous about returning ( due to COVID) but I needn’t have worried. James and Mark were brilliant, I felt completely safe, they have worked so hard to ensure their customer safety. Thank you both so much.
