A great salon stylish and friendly. Excellent professional service from the owner and all the staff. Myself and several of my friends love visiting the salon. I go every week. They are always ready to go that extra mile, and give good discounts to the residents of Battersea Reach.

Staff at Michaela Mitoi provide an incredibly personal service. After walking past the the salon for a good year or so, this summer I decided to drop in to get my nails done. I had not considered getting my hair cut or the staff to offer any professional advice. As an anxious client on my first visit, I felt reassured with the service and appreciated the advice I was given based on my thin and fragile hair - prior to this summer the last time I had let anyone assess my hair (let alone cut it!) was well over 2 years ago. I have been going back regularly and keeping up with the treatments which have evidently worked in thickening my hair; the treatments are superb and staff are forthcoming with advice on every visit. I should have visited them sooner! Thank you all for your guidance and transparency in service.

This was my first visit where I was made to feel very welcome by the Receptionist and stylists. I popped in & was offered a consultation. Simona was very friendly so I booked in for the following day & am delighted with my highlights, cut & blow dry. Simona took time and was very precise ensuring I was happy. I didn’t feel she rushed at any stage. I will definitely return & would highly recommend Michaela Mitoi. Thank you for a lovely head massage too!
