Although apprehensive about my first visit in nearly 5 months I soon felt at ease, Michelle and her staff were very welcoming and the standard of hygiene was excellent.

Another great experience at the salon, always a pleasure to visit. Good to be back after all these months. Appreciated how Michelle kept clients informed throughout isolation period. At least we knew we hadn’t been forgotten. Good idea to post video of what to expect in salon. Last but not least, great haircut.

Great to be back at McCarthy's after so many months! Michelle has been in constant contact since lockdown began with advice, help on getting hold of products to keep our hair looking good and information on what would happen and what the salon would be like on our return - safety procedures, etc. I had my usual colour, treatment, cut and blow-dry and my daughter her treatment and trim. Well done to everyone at McCarthy's for keeping up their usual excellent standards despite all the new rules and regualations they have to follow - which they do with utmost professionalism and smiles on their faces.
