My (first) appointment today was with Laurie - a lovely friendly person - who was very professional when dealing with me. She listened to me & knew exactly what I wanted. I felt valued and would definitely make another appointment. I used to have my hair cut here many years ago in the early days of Phillip's, it's good to see the same professional standard are still present.
