My daughter and I both thought that our experience at Mc Carthy’s was great. It was my first visit after moving to Ebbw Vale from Bristol. I am very happy with the advice I received and the cut and colour. My daughter had been so happy with her previous experience that she was more than happy to return. I’ve been a salon customer for over 20 years and still love each and every visit! Staff new and old are welcoming, friendly, extremely professional and never tire in their desire to better themselves with new modern techniques. Thursday evenings visit made delightful by the lovely, very customer centric Katie, sweet Romilly with hair and nails perfected by the just fabulously wonderful Laurie.

Always a pleasure to visit the salon, everyone pleasant and friendly. Laurie is my stylist she always listens and remembers, if on a previous visit I’ve said I’ll have a change next time. It’s little things like this that make a difference, and makes them stand out.

Been having my hair looked after by this salon for many years. Michelle England the owner always makes sure you are well looked after and leave satisfied with the experience. I would recommend this salon to everyone without hesitation.
