I can't actually remember how many years I've been visiting Moi!!!! The salon is 20 in 2025 I think.....so it's possibly been that long and I have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend.

I’m delighted with my eyelash and brow tint, and brow wax. The salon is very friendly but relaxed. Mehdia did a great job thank you.

Moi is a beautiful salon and I love going there however I was not happy with the output of my appointment. I booked combo fluffy brows and LVL. I am very happy with the output of the LVL they look great, but my brows were completely rushed. They look unsymetrical and they are not shaped to how I like. I would have expected to be asked how I like them to be shaped. Instead the appointment was clearly rushed because the eyebrow artist was running out of time. She spent too much time faffing in the begging and brushing my brows that she lost time to actually do them properly. I was also unhappy with how dark they were and the quality of the waxing, she did try to fix both of these. I would say the colour was significantly better when she took some of the tint off, they looked black and I asked for my natural colour (I am blonde). She did also try to fix the wax a bit, but she clearly didnt have the time to do them properly and they just arent up scratch.
