I started attending Mosaic after my previous salon constantly raised their prices even though I was booking appointments with the same hairdresser. My first experience was very pleasant and the hairdresser was very confident, repeated what we had discussed to ensure that she had the same idea of what I wanted, made some valuable suggestions. I liked the total service and have continued to vist. My ore teen daughter wanted to cut her very long hair to make. Donation to charity, I took her to Mosaic who were very receptive even though they had not cut hair to be donated before, they my my daughter feel special and spoke to her direct discussing what she wanted to do to restyle her hair. I enjoy the hour or so I spend at the salon, it is a very inviting environment, very friendly, very well maintained with polite professional hairdressers from the greeting to when you leave it is a pleasant experience.
