I had Anna for the first time and she was wonderful very friendly and gave me some useful advice on how to look after my hairstyle. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would come back again. Regarding overall experience the only thing I would have to say is that it was pretty loud and I personally found it quite hard to hear at some points - maybe some sound absorbing panels would be good if possible?
