Comment
I am usually happy with the service and care I receive when I have my colour. On this occasion I had reason to mention some issues I had with the person who washed and dried my hair. I would like to say how professional, balanced and understanding I found the manager to be when I addressed the issues with her. There are many managers about these days who cannot take criticism or feedback and respond negatively but this person demonstrated great management skills. Thank you.
