I always receive compliments about my hair which is why I have continued to be a customer since the early days. The staff are welcoming and the stylists experts in their field. In fact I consider the salon my second home!

Am always been impressed by the professionalism of all the staff who never ever take your custom for granted. They work well together as a team and are always loyal to both customers and the salon. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I look forward to coming into Mosaic, catching up with the girls and enjoying the complimentary head massage! Its the only time i can really relax and let someone else take care of me! All the staff are brilliant in Mosaic, from receptionist to juniors to stylist. I have been going to Mosaic for about 5 years now and have never had anything but excellent service.

Every member of staff at Mosaic are friendly and helpful. They make you feel that your appointment is valued. They always offer you a drink and a magazine. The products are good and Louise always asks/tells me what she is using so that I can purchase them if I like them, which I usually do!
