Great cut and staff very friendly but I had to wait about 30 minutes before final rinse off and cut as another customer was being looked after. This happened a couple of months ago too. Not sure whether the customer before me was (very) late but I don't like having to wait around. Ten miunutes is fine but maybe if a customer is going to be that late (assuming that is what happened), they should have to re-book instead. No apology was received.

i enjoy getting my hair cut with annette she listens and understands exactly what i want . last time my friend had to sit and wait for me i felt she was treated very nicely .
