I find new wash basins most uncomfortable so much so I am reluctant to accept head massage which previously was a pleasure.

My stylist of choice has been Louise for many years. Her advice and work have always been of a very high standard, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to my family and friends. I am in my seventies, and since Louise has been my hairdresser I have received many unsolicited complimentary remarks about my hairstyle. These complimentary remarks should really be addressed to Louise!

I moved from St.Albans to Sandy, Bedfordshire but I still come back to Mosaic in St.Albans as I feel very comfortable with the staff in general and especially Sharon who does my hair. I am always made to feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door.

Michelle always does a great job, and this time, when I wanted something a little different with the colour, she was excellent and knew exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the result. If I have one criticism, it's that she's so popular, it can sometimes be tricky to get an appointment unless one books weeks in advance (which basically means I have to be more organised!!). Please don't ever let her go!

The salon rang me early in the morning to let me know that Alison wouldn't be able to keep my 9:30am cut/colour appt due to the problems with the heavy rain/flooding. The team at the front desk pulled out all the stops to sort things out for me. They immediately rescheduled my appt with Michelle and then moved her schedule around so she could do my cut straight afterwards. This saved me having to come back for a separate cut appt. I've been coming to Mosaic for 19 years, really appreciated all their efforts and am very happy with my hair. So much so that I've scheduled my next appt with Michelle.
