The new seats at the washbasins don't really suit me but the staff are very good at trying to make them more comfortable for me. Tonight was the first time for ages that the basin alignment didn't give me a headache, so that has to be good! Thank you.

Fabulous hair salon, easy to park Reasonable prices Only drawback is no cushion rest on washbasin so can be painful when hairwashing - small thing but it hurts! Louise especially talented - receptionists Charlotte & Mackenzie excellent.

I actually travel an hour each way to use this hair salon. I have tried other more local salons but none compares to Mosaic. Annette listens and understands my garbled requests and I am always happy with my cut and colour. Also parking is free so......bonus. I recommend you give them a go.

Excellent stylist and a very pleasant experience. I like the fact that salon keeps notes about your hair preferences, what style you chose previously, and hair condition and preferences. Ensures client gets what they want! My only quibble is difficulty in booking appointments on specific dates. There is always a different stylist available but if you want a hair cut on a specific date it is usually for a special event and probably not the best time to experiment with a new stylist.
