Excellent, well-run, professional salon with exceptional standards of customer care. I usually stay with one hairdresser at Mosaic but on occasions have had others and they have all, without exception, given me excellent service - a really good cut and styled to my wishes. They spend time discussing what is required and generally assessing the hair. There is a lovely, friendly atmosphere, staff all seem happy in their work and little extras like refreshments are really appreciated. Definitely recommended. Keep up the good work Sally and your team!
