Absolutely fine haircut with no complaints but just not as good as previous hairdresser, who was outstanding with the cut and styling my hair. This time the cut was fine, what I asked for, simple trim, but felt she could've spent more effort on the blow dry. This is the most I have ever paid for a haircut and came away dissatisfied. I would've paid this price for the previous hairdresser.

A great experience, as always. Annette who looks after my hair is exceptional. I've used quite a few Salons in St.Albans over the years; but once I found Mosaic, firstly in Holywell Hill then transferring to The Quadrant, I knew I'd found the best and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Always ask about the condition of your hair and how happy you have been since your last visit. Listen carefully to your response and at upon any concerns. Always leave you feeling good! Excellent salon.

Service is always respectful and prompt. I feel 'safe' in the hands of an excellent salon with highly trained staff.

Great welcome, great colour, great cut, great scalp massage. Completely reliable; I know I'll always be pleased with the result and the staff are very friendly.

I have been getting my hair cut at Mosaic for many years now. The service is always professional, of a very high standard and the staff are attentive without being over-bearing, in fact they are all just lovely!
