Excellent service as ever from Michelle who has been doing my hair for years and knows exactly what I want. I recently fractured my elbow so arrived at the salon wearing a sling. All the staff I met were extremely helpful, making sure I had a cushion to support my arm and that I was comfortable. Many thanks to all.

I don't like the 'towels' used now. I always sit feeling wet and cold and without anything to mop up trickles of water. I don't feel warm and comfortable as I would with a proper towel.
