As always a very friendly welcome. On this occasion I was given plenty of information by staff about a complimentary treatment I was having. I have been visiting Mosaic Hair Studio for a number of years and never leave disappointed. Sally & all her staff are great, especially Sharon who keeps my hair looking good!!

The salon rang me early in the morning to let me know that Alison wouldn't be able to keep my 9:30am cut/colour appt due to the problems with the heavy rain/flooding. The team at the front desk pulled out all the stops to sort things out for me. They immediately rescheduled my appt with Michelle and then moved her schedule around so she could do my cut straight afterwards. This saved me having to come back for a separate cut appt. I've been coming to Mosaic for 19 years, really appreciated all their efforts and am very happy with my hair. So much so that I've scheduled my next appt with Michelle.
