My only dislike are the little towelettes used when the hair is washed. I always feel cold, wet and dripping for a while, not warm and comfortable.

I booked in for a last minute up do and was really pleased to be seen so last minute. Louise did my hair, she was really professional, I was tight on time and she did my hair exactly how I wanted it to look within 30 minutes. As it didn't take her as long as a normal up do would normally take she gave me a different rate. I am really grateful for the offer and came away very satisfied. Thank you mosaic. Lucy usually does my hair and I am always pleased with my cut and the service she provides and am confident she knows my hair and the style that I prefer.

My regular stylist was unavailable and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring the quality of service that I received in her absence. It's a shame that there is no wifi connection in the salon for clients.

Excellent stylist and a very pleasant experience. I like the fact that salon keeps notes about your hair preferences, what style you chose previously, and hair condition and preferences. Ensures client gets what they want! My only quibble is difficulty in booking appointments on specific dates. There is always a different stylist available but if you want a hair cut on a specific date it is usually for a special event and probably not the best time to experiment with a new stylist.

Unfortunately I am not keen on the new hair washing chairs and don't find these comfortable and don't think they are particularly user-friendly.
