Mosaic is not my nearest salon, so I have to go out of my way to get there, but I Louise is such an excellent stylist and cuts my hair beautifully, so its worth the effort.

I moved from St.Albans to Sandy, Bedfordshire but I still come back to Mosaic in St.Albans as I feel very comfortable with the staff in general and especially Sharon who does my hair. I am always made to feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door.

Michelle always does a great job, and this time, when I wanted something a little different with the colour, she was excellent and knew exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the result. If I have one criticism, it's that she's so popular, it can sometimes be tricky to get an appointment unless one books weeks in advance (which basically means I have to be more organised!!). Please don't ever let her go!

I've been using Mosaic hair salon for years and have always had a very positive experience. Not only is my particular stylist talented, efficient and friendly but she gives me clear advice regarding choice of colour and cut. I commented to my husband, when I got home from my last visit, that I really enjoy visiting Mosaic because I'm confident that my hair will be done perfectly and I love the atmosphere in the salon of happy teamwork.
