I have been visiting Mosaic for many years now, and have always received excellent service and advice from Michelle (and her colleagues). My only criticism - if one were needed - is that she is so very popular, that it's sometimes tricky to get an appointment! I can well understand why she has clients who return to her again and again. Thank you so much Michelle - and everyone at Mosaic - carry on the great work!

I was very disappointed to learn that my appointment for Christmas that was made in August had not been transferred accurately. However, I understand that every effort will be made to give me an appointment during Christmas week as I had planned. As this has never happened before and I always book up three appointments in advance, I am very hopeful that this mistake will be rectified.
