I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from Mosaic St Albans over the last few years. All the staff are unfailingly helpful. The stylists are highly skilled, and I have always valued the advice of my stylist of choice, Louise. She listens to requests and, if asked, makes suggestions based on her knowledge and experience of how to achieve the results best suited to to the individual needs and wishes of each client. Louise then takes time and great care to achieve the look that has been decided on. I have always left the salon entirely satisfied, and I have often been complimented on my hairstyle. I am sure the other Mosaic stylists give a similar high level of service.

Excellent salon with first-class results. Well-trained and very knowledgable stylists, who take the time to give individual service and advice to each client, taking into account the client's hair type and personal wishes. Always a pleasant, relaxing experience in a friendly and unhurried atmosphere. Modern, clean and well-equipped salon. Very well looked after by staff throughout with extras like refreshments much appreciated.
