As a First timer at such a salon, I have to say I found the whole experience very enjoyable, the premises were warm and tastefully decorated, the staff were warm and friendly and explained there procedures and after care clearly, and willing to answer any questions, and did everything possible to maintain my dignity during procedures and although waxing is never a totally comfortable procedure I would be more than happy to do it again, I will be back
