Beautician who should have been dealing with me was not in work that day so when I arrived I was asked to come back to salon half hour later which luckily was not too much of a problem that day as I was not working but was trying to get ready to go on holiday so had planned my day accordingly. Beautician who dealt with me said she had tried to ring me on the morning - when I checked landline she had but had not left message! Card machine was not working so could not pay by card and having checked prices on my return have noted I was overcharged by £1. I did not tip!
