Always a pleasure to visit N&B. Kristal is an excellent colourist and the blow/dry styling by Reese today is smashing. Also the massage w/conditioner by Pip almost put me to sleep. Heaven! And the coffee is almost worth the visit alone! I particularly like the way the coffee and water are served - such elegant plain cups and glasses.

Always a pleasure. Wonderful to find such excellence in cutting (shaun), colouring (Kristal), and styling (Reese). Everyone is so pleasant and one feels very well taken care of. The junior staff (Pip) is v. well trained and her head massage a soothing experience. (Also, the coffee is gorgeous, and its presentation perfect.
