The dog was very attentive and paid strong interest during washing, early stages of cutting and consuming of the coffee and biscuit. I assume he is a trainee.

Shaun is lovely and quite simply the best hairdresser I have ever been to. Felt totally confident in him cutting my hair into a very short style. It is a superb cut and I have had strangers stop me to say how lovely it is and ask where I had it cut. He was happy to talk through the copious style ideas I had, and seemed to know instinctively what I wanted and what I wouldn’t like and how it would work with my hair. Thank you Shaun

I travel a great deal due to my job, which also means that I stay in a location for sometimes a few weeks, sometimes a few months and for now 4 years. When I arrive I ask the person with the best cut hair where they go - and then make an appointment. I did this here in Ashurst nearly 4 years ago and was recommended to Newman & Burtenshaw. Absolutely delighted have recommended them to several other people over the time.

As always it was a pleasure to see Adam and I am delighted with the cut. I had a new member of staff, Georgia (I think! So sorry if I have made a mistake with the name there) who did the colour service for me. She too was excellent, clarifying exactly what I wanted on the day. She was very polite and I am very happy indeed with what she has done. Well done team, see you again soon- ish.
