Phoned to book an appointment and got one the next day, had a cut and blow dry which I'm really happy with and went back the next day (after a skin test) to have my hair coloured. Looking great! Really pleased, everyone very friendly and helpful, made sure I was comfortable, lots of magazines to read while I was waiting for the colour to take and they made me a lovely cup of tea. Overall an excellent experience and I've booked my next appointment already. There is also a pay and display car park just yards away which is really convenient.
