Kristal is an excellent colorist. I have a long experience with having my hair colored -- in London for about 10 years at Vidal Sassoon's about 50 years ago, then in New York, and then in Los Angeles. Kristal is the best. Shaun gave me a smashing haircut about seven weeks, and it still looks great. I have received many positive comments about it, as I have about the color - although most people think my color is natural!

Initially disappointed that I was being booked with Reece however I should have realised and trusted that on selecting new Staff the professional criteria of the owners was such that I should not have been concerned. The thoughtful approach to my requirements for my hair was very much appreciated. As usual Kayleigh waved her magic wand over my hair and the colour is great. So although I approached the appointment with a little reticence I was as usual delighted with the end result, the 'icing on the cake' being when my hair was admired at the evening function I was attending. A big THANKYOU.

Once again, outstanding scissor-work and excellent outcome. Cutting both wet and dry hair has guaranteed a depth of texture and a long-lasting style. Will be back!

Amazing service and cut from Shaun tonight, squeezing an appointment for me before my holiday, thank you! Didn't charge me as it was just a 'trim'! Where can one get such service these days!
