I actually really look forward to having my haircut now after many years of dreading the whole experience. Jon is such a lovely guy, he's a real people's person who seems to read you and knows when to chat. He has a natural gift of putting you at ease and he is so professional and knowledgable, always giving honest advice. He makes the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. I am always thrilled with my hair and he is a perfectionist. Great value for money ! I Would recommend Nicky Oliver ( Jon) to anyone wanting professional service and value for money. The only thing I would say is as the building is so huge it does feel a little bit chilly in there, but saying that I'm cold on a beach !! All the staff are friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. Super 5 star hairdressers !!!
