I hate going to the hairdressers. I always feel nervous as I haven't ever found one that I really like, so it feels like pot luck all the time. I came in to Nicky Oliver on Wednesday for a complete restyle and Jon was my stylist. He could see I was nervous and he was amazing at reassuring me. I was impressed with the way he took his time before washing my hair to see if the style I wanted would work for my hair etc. I was impressed by his knowledge of the structure And behaviour of the hair and his passion for his job was obvious. I came away feeling amazing. I think I've finally found my hairdresser. Thank you Jon
