Tony at Noon Saloon is a fantastic hairdresser! At last a hairdresser who knows how to cut curly hair! A real professional: explains the style and how to manage hair at home. Noon Saloon & Tony is the only hairdresser I trust with my curly hair. Cannot recommend this saloon highly enough..
