Comment
The hairdressers really know their craft and give excellent service. Some of the additional extras they promote aren't so reliable; massage on arrival has only happened once in my three visits. Smoothies offered are not available (found out 45 minutes after ordering). So more attention to aligning with commitments in social media etc would improve the experience.
