I was happy with the experience but not my cut. I did send an email to The salon explaining that I was upset with my cut however I never even got an acknowledgement. My email explained: My hair was long and the ends were very dry and damaged, I had quite a bit cut off which I was fine with as I knew my hair needed it desperately, I had been holding out for the appointment and I hadn’t had my hair cut since December. I told the stylist that I was fine with him taking off whatever he thought needed to be removed, I did say this more than once as he had pointed out that the ends were bad. He said that he wouldn’t cut off as much because he didn’t want me to be too shocked with the length once it curled, I took his advice because I knew I had told him that he could take off whatever was needed and so I assumed he would have cut off what needed to be removed. I am feeling disappointed as my hair still looks like it needs another 3/4 inches cut off the ends. I’ve looked at the other photos on your page (one of the ladies has very similar hair to mine) and I understand everyone’s hair is different but no one else has long bits of hair sticking out from underneath the thicker part of their hair. I have attached a photo of my hair taken from when I got home. I realise I should have said something when I was there but I just believed the stylist knew best and I went on his recommendation. Obviously with the pandemic my appointment was delayed by 5 months and I was so excited to finally get booked in, it was booked as a 30th birthday present and I did a 300 miles round trip to get to my appointment and I now just feel upset that I have got to pay even more money to have my hair cut again so that it looks fuller and to have the ends that are in bad condition still removed.

Incredible salon with talented stylists who care about what they do and make every effort to consult and recommend what is best for your hair. Worth the long drive to come here my hair has never looked so good.

Had been with the same hairdressers for a really long time and was very nervous about trying somewhere new. My stylist was friendly, professional and put me at my ease.It was a pleasant experience.

Only complaint was that upon arrival I had to sit and wait 45 minutes for my hair stylist who had not finished doing someone else's hair, which then made me very late for my evening plans. I don't mind waiting for 20 minutes or so, but 45 was too long. Also, the stylist cut a little bit more off than i wanted

It’s always such a wonderful experience at Nuala’s. I rarely get my hair cut but every time one of Nuala’s team makes my hair look fantastic! Everyone is so professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. They’re working a new system but you wouldn’t be able to tell! Overall, as always, amazing!!
