As well as being more than happy with my curly cut from my trainee, I’d like to commend Paula, who did a fantastic job simultaneously providing guidance and support to multiple trainees, in a calm and encouraging way. It created a fantastic learning environment, and it was really impressive to observe. Thank you!

I booked with the director for a cut and thought her advice was great for what I was looking for. I thought the salon felt really busy and despite the price of my entire package, including colour and curly blow dry, it just felt a bit rushed for the price. Or possibly just that not a huge amount of time was spent explaining the diffusing process, I had to ask quite a few questions - I thought I might get more offering of professional advice about curly hair, specifically mine and why certain products would suit it etc. I also didn’t have the director check the cut at the end which was disappointing as I would’ve considered a side fringe to be cut in but the lady checking it just suggested I do it next time with no real explanation as to why they wouldn’t. Just seemed a disappointing end to the cut.

First time a stylist has been able to style my natural curly hair the way I like it after a hair cut! I’m used to coming out of salons thinking ‘it might look better when I style it myself’ but Georgia knew exactly how to treat and style my particular curl pattern. As I was having a big chop to make my hair look fuller, she talked me through everything she was going to do which was really helpful with a big change. She was also really mindful of how short I wanted to go, and it came out exactly the length we talked about. Always a little nervous it’s going to be too short because of shrinkage, but Georgia nailed it!

Was very happy with the cut and colour experience, but disappointed that I was unexpectedly handed over to someone else mid wash and then my blow-dry had 0 explanation or consultation beforehand, which left me underwhelmed with my overall results. I felt ushered out of the door straight after my blowdry finshed. Was really looking forward to a tailored experience to benefit me and my curls but left feeling like I got a 'one size fits all curly gurl' experience.
