Love the salon and what you guys do with my hair. Thank you so much for everything! My stylist noted I had quite a bit of product buildup on my scalp when I came in, would have loved a bit more advice on what to do about that, but she did walk me through all the products used on my hair in the salon so that was helpful in its own right.

Ali was rude and unwelcoming. I came to the front desk and said I had an appointment with Ali and she just got up without saying that was her or otherwise introducing herself and sat me downstairs then left me for a good while. There was hair on the floor. When I asked for what I wanted (to try and grow my hair out while still keeping a round shape) I was told she couldn’t do that and it was one or the other and I would have to go short or lose the shape/volume. Overall she was unfriendly and made me feel like I was a hassle to her just by being there. I was clearly in physical discomfort with the hair drying process but she didn’t seem to care. To make it worse I hated the cut and it’s grown out terribly - so much weight in the front it’s given me a sort of frizzy quiff. I’ve also had to get a friend to give me an undercut herself just to fix the back. Really disappointed with a very expensive haircut.
