Having my fringe cut felt like the proper nuala experience. I was just ready to give up on it after being recommended as my first experience was pretty awful. Last time (Nov) I had to wait over an hour for the cut to start (1hour late) and then had to leave with damp hair as the shop was about to shut. I wasn’t offered more than one drink although I was there for 4 hours in total. The cut was pretty basic and another woman had to step in for the graduate stylist as she didn’t seem to know what I was after. I want to just let you know how disappointed it was in November and only after having the fringe cut have I realised what you offer is actually worth paying for in future.

I used to have such hair anxiety and love the idea of going to a salon but hate the cut every time! Going to Nuala’s is as exciting and relaxing as getting a haircut should be. The stylists are friendly and really hospitable, offering drinks and a good chat. Their advice is also incredible as someone who never really knew how to take care of their hair before. I’ve shown my fellow curly friend my haircut and she wants to come with me next time. I’m already looking forward to it!
