This was my first ever curly cut and I was so impressed! The staff were very friendly and also seemed to be good friends with each other, making for a very welcoming, relaxed and fun atmosphere throughout my appointment. My hairdresser - Drew - was extremely knowledgeable and explained what she thought would be best for my hair in a clear and thoughtful way. My hair was cut dry (which I have never experienced before) and then washed. While Drew was styling my hair, she gave me a mirror to hold up so I could see what she was doing. She talked me through the products she was using and why, the styling techniques she was using, and answered all of my questions. My hair was then diffused dry. Despite it being the end of a long day, I never felt as though my appointment was rushed. I left not only with my hair looking better (and curlier) than it ever has, but armed with more knowledge and confidence with how to style my hair at home. Best haircut experience I have ever had! (Also, the salon playlist was great 😊)
