I thought the staff were very professional, especially the lovely lady with the purple hair who greeted me and gave me a neck massage. The lady who did my hair wasn’t very chatty but she was friendly enough. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the end result of my hair. I was so excited and spoke with the lady doing my hair and explained i wanted to keep as much length as possible, I was willing to cut my hair just above my shoulders. I left the salon with hair at my ears and it has crushed my confidence. My curls look nice but it just wasn’t what I asked for at all. I’m upset that i’ve spent £75 and not happy with the result and It will take more or less a year to grow my hair to its past length.

Always happy with my cut at Nuala Morey regardless who does the cut which is so nice as don't have to panic about getting an appointment with a specific person. Salon is starting to look a little well used and could probably do with a bit of a spruce up but that isn't why I use you. Love the Aveda products and the finished style. Enjoy the choice of drinks available now. I also liked the fact that if I'm not feeling in the mood for chatting the stylists are always really good at reading that and don't ask me loads of questions which makes the experience so much more relaxing for me (I'm autistic so it really does make a difference to me)

Ellie was amazing- really friendly and personable, with lots of knowledge and helpful tips for looking after and styling my hair at home. I trust her to cut my hair in a way that will best suit my hair type, hair condition and face shape, and I’m never disappointed! The cuts grow out beautifully. Excellent service from start to finish- I can’t imagine going for a haircut with anyone else now. Thank you :)

I always get asked if I’d like a drink and the hot chocolate is so yummy. Love the neck massage. Also get offered a scalp massage during the hair wash which is nice. Ellie is my go to hair dresser and I’m always pleased when I leave :) she gives advice and answers all my questions :)
