I am pleased with my curly cut and the advice I was given. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. My stylist was polite and knowledgable, however I did feel some of the chat was a little robotic and ticking a customer service box, I didn’t feel that the stylist really cared or tried to make a genuine connection. When I looked around the salon other stylist were chatting away with their clients. I would recommend to a friend and would rebook in the future.

I had the loveliest time at Nuala Morey. I get nervous when trying a new salon, but I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked through the door. Everyone I met was friendly and I was treated so well. My stylist (Ellie) made me feel right at home and did an amazing job. She gave me advice, checked in with me as we went, and was so easy to get along with. I can’t wait to come back and see her again soon.

This was my third time at Nuala Morey and although I didn’t have a bad experience and I am happy with the cut, I do feel like my experiences in the past were better. The staff were more informative, took the time to make me feel pampered and was generally better. For the amount you pay to come to a salon like this I feel there could be more done to the interior decor to make it seem like a more premium experience.

Everyone was professional and friendly and welcoming. I felt completely at ease which was a nice change from my usual experience. I left with great hair, all the advice I needed, and will definitely return.

Another brilliant appointment. This is the only hair salon I've ever committed to - I have never liked a place so much that I actually returned for a second appointment, let alone the 7th, 8th, 9th etc. It's pricey but definitely worth every penny. The service is fantastic, the staff are super personable (thanks to Georgia and Bethan in particular) and lovely, the atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the magic they work on my curls is unparalleled.

Ali and her trainee (whose name I didn't get) were amazing. My hair honestly looks better than any other haircut I've ever had - period. Apart from this, Ali was great at giving me some advice on a curly routine etc., and gently letting me know where I'd been going wrong. Thank you so much Ali and team - I will definitely be back!
