A fabulous experience - Welcoming from the offset. A great cut with full explanation of how to apply product and style. Although I had some knowledge it was wonderful to have it clarified and to be shown and have me physically have a go. I'm thrilled with my cut and feel great about my visit. I may have travelled a long way from Cambridgeshire but it really was well worth it. Thank you x

I was expecting more advice about the hair cut and colour. The lady doing my hair was very lovely and friendly, but she could not give me any real advice about hair cut. She just asked me what I wanted and I didn't know. The end result is ok, but it was not worth going all the way to Bristol and paying the money I paid. On the positive, it was a very nice curly outcome. They cared for my hair as curly hair. But the hair cut is not that nice and I am still wearing my hair in a pony tail as a result.

Hairdresser was not interested at all, she added no input to my cut or colour. I came to the salon after seeing Instagram and how supportive and encouraging your staff are and how they help the clients enhance colour and advise on cut. I saw that with all the other stylists today, but not mine she wasn’t interested at all and added no input whatsoever, she acted like she really didnt want to be there. Very disappointed after at 2.5 hour drive to come home basically looking exactly the same as when I left.
